I bought my Equinox at another dealer in Redlands. I called MK Smith and they told me to bring it right in. My car was only 3 weeks old. The door on the gas tank wouldn’t open. MK Smith pryed it open. They checked it out and told me they had to order the part. In the mean time they rigged the door so I could get gas. The part was overnighted… took my car in, they fixed it. Everything is wonderful again. Jay and his staff were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They told me to come back if I needed anything. I thanked them. And left happy. My Equinox is my first new nice car.??
