My advisor was great but I used to get the 27 points inspection and they would write down any problems or concerns with my vehicle but now I don’t . I had to ask the cashier if they wrote anything down but she said they only thing that they wrote down was “ trans fluid” and wasn’t sure what that meant . I’m not a car person or have any car knowledge so the 27 point inspections doesn’t matter if it’s done or not because I’m not aware of any maintenance that has to be done .

Took my car in Thursday to replace the front windshield that has been letting in water. Received it Monday untouched because the glass guys damaged the replacement glass. No time frame for when to expect my car a second time. This will be their second chance to fix the same problem. The situation is starting to smell a bit citrusy.

Gary is great. Interior if my truck is very clean when I dropped it off for service. When I picked it up there was grease Ir dirt on drivers Side door panel, floor trim, front seat. Gary quickly took care it and cleaned the dirty surfaces. When you spend $3900 in services you do not expect your vehicle to be dirty.

I needed motor and transmission mounts for my 2018 Silverado, but your parts department didn't have any in stock. This seems odd, because the same mounts fit so many model year and different models. This is now going to make me have to come in to MK Smith dealership and take up valuable time to have my warranty work completed.
