Gary was "the only one" who seems to be working. I waited 15mins, no cars infront of me while 4 other service agents were on their smartphones and couldn't be bothered. Husband and I have been coming to MK for the past 15yrs and customer service has unfortunately gone down. Thank you Gary

Christian called me around 10:30 am to let me know that my car was ready (oil change was complete) and also to confirm if I wanted my headlight changed. He gave me the pricing and I politely declined and told him I will just get the oil change today. I asked him to place my name for the shuttle since the shuttle Gad given me a ride to my house earlier that morning (around 8:40 am). He said the shuttle driver was busy and it would take awhile to pick me up. I told him that was ok. 3 hours later I hadn’t received a call and no shuttle so I called the service department and spoke to Jennifer. She explained that the shuttle driver had been in an out and there was no reason it should’ve taken me that long to get a ride (long story short Christian forgot to put my name on the board for the shuttle and only when I called and spoke to Jennifer were they aware that I needed a ride back to the dealer). Once there I check out with the cashier and my total is $143! Apparently Christian had charged me other services besides the oil change.

I brought my vehicle to your location because O had bad experiences at Riverside Chevrolet and do not need to go into details . I was called and told my vehicle was ready and came to pick it up . It would barely run and had the same issue when I arrived . I had someone drive me there and they left before I knew the vehicle was not fixed . Then they returned as I had work to do. I had to ask the same person to drive me back in the afternoon after work when the repair was completed . If you call customers to pick up their cars . Make sure they are done . The mechanics could not have know the car was not fixed as it would barely run . Your service personal we’re excellent and I could tell they were not happy with the situation
