Sorry to say and inform that your service and customer service has diminished drastically. I have purchased many cars and serviced them all at MK Smith for over 10-15 years and I will tell you that in the past 5 years the service and support has not met up to my standards. I have to double check your Technitian work and fluids after receiving my vehicles. I have to come back to inform that some fluids are low or where not checked or topped off according to the 27 point inspection. The service staff does not even review anything any longer and simply have a kid return the car and keys and says have a great day. I can continue to express my feelings and concerns and have but does not seem anyone cares. And for this I will no longer be taking my cars to get serviced at MK Smith and will be looking at other options. Sincerely Juan J. Torres
