Actual service is fine. My biggest issue is that appointment times are not honored closely. Secondly I have a clock issue that two dealers haven’t been able to diagnose or fix. The Impreza, my wife’s, is our second car. My own is a Legacy. I would never have bought the Impreza if I had known how bad the front seats are. I don’t really expect that my issues are helpful to your department.

Every time I try to make an appointment my most recent visit is not listed in your system. Also every time I bring in my vehicle I get a different number for the level that my brake pads are at. This is deeply concerning because this greatly affects my safety if no one can ever give me an accurate reading on what my brake pads are. The service managers were nice and able to help resolve these issues. But this has been a continuous issue that I truly hope it gets resolved otherwise I will start bringing my vehicle to a different dealership.

Even though it took almost 4 hours for service, I was updated on the work of the car. It really helped I was given an honest estimate of how long it would take. This was my second visit (left the first time because I was told it would be over three hours) and will return for my next service.
