I never was told until today that the first four scheduled services
( 6...12...18...24,000 miles) were free at Sierra Subaru. I wish I had known that. If that is true I will be bringing my Outback to your service center for sure... who knew!

Jaime does a good job. My problems happen when he is not there. Raphael would not releas my car the other day when I arranged to have another person picking up. The car was paid by Subaru America and warranty. He would not release the car without a payment, and when told about the warranty he simply said I can’t release the car. No attempts to look into it, just No. his attitude was inappropriate, and because of this, I will no longer buy cars from Sierra Subaru.
