I cannot express the gratitude I have for your service department, and Jaime Vega I believe is the one I worked with a spoke to. I had a dentist appointment that ran WAY too long and Jaime stayed so that I could come and get my car and was so very incredibly understanding of my situation and didn’t want me to be left without a car as that would have been the case if they had left. I was told that I would be getting a diagnostic for $145. When my vehicle arrived it was $155. A day later I was then told that my engine needed to be removed and it would then cost me $3100 just for the labor. ????. I was given no paperwork.

Jaime Vega and the service techs that worked on my car gave outstanding service. I needed the car today and they teamed together under Jaimes direction and it was done by the afternoon. We do alot of mountain driving and they discovered my tires were unsafe and quickly provided new ones. Thanks once again to Jaime and our Subaru team.

I called the service department and made a same day appointment for 11:15. I asked how long the the service would take and I was told 1 1/2. When I arrived, while I was checking again, I asked again how long it was going to take because I was going to have wait since I drove in from Covina , I was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I arrived before 11:00 and left around 2:00, I was at the service department for more than 3 hours for my cars first service. Had I not gone to Victor to enquire about my vehicle, I wouldn’t have seen my car keys set on top of my paper work. He said that he was busy checking people in and apologized. I know that in the future, I will not go to Monrovia for service. I drove from Covina expecting professional service and I’m very disappointed with the quality of customer service. Anyone can apologize but what counts is communication with your customers. I was never updated as to why the service was taking so long.
