Mike is a great service writer. He made sure everything was done and kept me in the loop. I thought I was going in for a big repair but it ended up being much simpler and saved me. The repair guys diagnosed and fixed the problem and I am super happy. Thought I was going to have to sell the car, but am super happy I don't. Thanks again

He meant well. I had an appointment at 8 am to pick up a new Navigation memory card. I made it quite a few days ago. Yet that chip had to be sent for in another building. My husband had been told when it was ordered that we had a $100 deductible only...which was not the case. I am now not sure that I really needed this at all. None of this was his fault...it was set up challenges from the prior visit and not being ready for today's appointment.

The car was done right when I was told it would be, which was great. I could only wish it was done in an hour, rather than 1 1/2 hours, which was the time frame I as given over the phone. But everyone was very courteous and professional.

My arrival time was at 9:30am, I was told by Jaime Vega that I was going to be leaving between 11:30-12:00 noon so I agreed to have the breaks done in addition to service. My car was done at 1:30 and I had to rush to pick up my son in West Covina. There was no time for him to review the exit paperwork because he knew I had to leave. If Jaime was dishonest about the exit time, it makes me wonder about how truthful he was about my service charge which was expensive. Now I am convinced that I have to bring my husband along so that I do not have the same negative experience as a female. I did not confront him because I knew I would be able to make these comments on the survey. My husband and I are looking to take our business elsewhere. I really missed John Rodriguez the past service consultant he was efficient, professional and honest. I had a very good experience with this consultant. He deserved his promotion.

I needed to have a recall relating to the ignition fixed. Nobody called me beforehand to let me know the parts weren't available. I took a half day off and was not able to have that recall fixed. However Aaron did give superior customer service. He was able to make me feel better and seemed to care to provide a better level of service than other dealerships. The car wash is also a nice free service and why I go to this dealership.

Aaron was 100% professional and provided a level of service I would expect from someone 10 years older than him. He was attentive to my needs and did everything he could to ensure my complete satisfaction. Despite his young age, he has the maturity level and professiinalism of someone I'd expect in a managerial position. Great guy to deal with!
