Rafael is by far the best employee in his department, he goes out of his way to make the clients happy. Super friendly and helpful as well, overall i am pleased with his service on my wrx sti. Will be coming here for maintenance on my vehicle. 5 out of 5 stars.

Raphael greeted me at the service desk
He asked if I had concerns or questions regarding the service.
I told him about the rocking motion of the car where I drove over a speed bump.
When the service was completed he asked a technician to do a drive test with me. The technician explained that a 4W drive might my the car a little more rocky.
I also want to mention the nice technician who showed me how to use the heater and set the driver recognition setting.
I appreciate that Raphael took the extra time to address my concern. I will try to make future service appointments with him.
Please give him a raise. ????????????
