I have been to this dealer three times. Twice for service and once for a nail in my tire. The vehicle was given back with the nail still In the tire. I had to request a second inspection and have it fixed. Then was told to ask for a car wash next time since the dealership was under construction. The service agent said come in at a later time for a car wash. I came in yesterday for service and also requested a car wash only to have my question repeated back to me without a clear yes or no we can’t for whatever reason. This dealership is the most convenient for me location wise since purchasing the vehicle however the service is subpar. Everyone one is nice however customers needs to be better addressed.
