It was fine but extraordinary is a little over the top. I really like Jamie and was hoping I’d get him as my contact person. He was pleasant, helpful, honest, and the service was completed in a timely matter. I guess I wish I could’ve gotten a bigger discount and I also wish that the cars still got washed after being serviced. I feel neutral about the experience. I have left before feeling great because the contact person made me feel like I got a deal. Maybe it wasn’t true, but at least I thought it was true. Jamie did look out for me and I think he’s the best person you have working for you.

Even tho there was good news /bad news. (The compressor for A/C had to be placed on order for replacement in two weeks. Steven is a terrific service rep for Sierra.

Trouble understanding rep. Spoke fast and unclear. Came in for Oil change and a recall was pulled up. Rep said 1.5-2 hours. Waited nearly 3 hours at your facility waiting on these small items. Especially since at the previous visit, the recall was said to be serviced.. The recall gave the technician the leeway to prolong the service. which of course he did. Many customers came after me and all left before me. I was the last customer in the room going in at 2:30 leaving after 5Pm. Your reps are unprofessional. They need to learn customer service. I'm an immigrant working in the service industry so I do know what good courteous customer service is.

Today was my first time receiving maintenance service for my vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience as the first employee I encountered did not welcome me or even give me eye contact while speaking with me. My wife and I were waiting around for 10 minutes or so without being directed to a seat in the waiting area. I hope that other customers would not experience the same situation I did, as I know Subaru is highly regarded as a great company with great quality products and service.
