I had a 12:00 pm appointment. At 2:30 pm the service advisor said they started to work on my car & it would be 30 minutes more. I drove out of your agency at 3:20pm. I think your service is horrible.

After returning home and looking at the spec and detail sheet, it said that the reservoir for the windshield washer fluid was checked and filled. However, I was able to put almost a full gallon of fluid that I had left over. If the tech said they filled it and didn’t, what other items were not checked and addressed properly? I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and take pride that I take excellent care of it. I didn’t appreciate someone saying they did something when it turns out that they did not. My service advisor Rafael was excellent and he vouched for all of the items on that sheet and we trusted him. It turns out that he cannot trust his technicians. I doubt I’ll return to your dealership. Something so simple but means so much.
