Steven is not the best advisor I worked with. He said he was going to leave the breakdown of the work he was quoting me. Nothing. Jaime was off that's why I have to deal with him. And too bad Jordan no longer works there. Plus, it's not customer friendly the new policy that payment is required to pick up a car after closing hours. I just spent $6K plus, before. To be asked to give credit card info on the phone, puts me in danger, and your company liable, for unauthorized charges. Why take out the ability to pay Honda cashier after hours?

I’d rather not explain here - you can ask your staff what happened. In the end, leaving very disappointed. This car is my 1st Subaru and will be my last. I was telling a few friends to buy Subaru; but thanks to this experience, now I am going to make it my mission to discourage people from buying Subaru.
