I’m upset with the service. when I made the appointment over the phone with an empolyee from Sierra Subaru, I was told that I was going to receive a loaner vechile from Subaru. When I went to drop my car off I was told that I was going to be given a rental, which meant I had to pay for rental insurance out of pocket. Which was completely inconvenient. I also told the Clark that help me that I had to be back at work by a certain time and that I didn’t have have to get a rental because I was told I was going to get a loaner. He didn’t mind, and I late to my work because I had to wait for Enterprice, drive to their office and wait for them to give me a car.
Also, when I went to pick up my car, they first couldn’t find my car in the system. They try to give me another persons car. Then they couldn’t find my car in the lot. I will never take my car to that location ever again.

Eric was wonderful, as was the young woman who did my intake.
It took 2.5 hours for my car to be serviced and that's with an appointment. That's without having it washed because there's only one car wash for 3 dealerships?
It's also surprising that there's not a centralized records system for the dealerships. I can take my car to any dealership but they don't know my service record?
I love my car and I love Subaru. I usually take my car to Kirby Subaru, and I will do that going forward.

I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service from Jaime Vega. We specifically discussed replacing the rear windshield wiper and he quoted me the price which I agreed to. I also mentioned that the plastic piece in the sunroof needs attention to Jaime and Elise (employee in the yellow shirt who first greeted me). The plastjc part in the sunroof was still broken when I got my car back and the rear windshield wiper was replaced. It almost seems like they didn't do anything to my car except charge $900.

Eric and the girl who checked me in were great, however everyone else was not really all that friendly. It was hard to find people to help me out when I wanted to ask how much longer it would take. When I received my car back it had dirty hand prints all over the outside. Overall it wasn't the best experience. Considering it was meant to be "express service" it still took about 2.5 hours to get my car back. Still, as I get 3 more free services, looks like I'll be back.

I love the ease of making an online appointment. Check in was much more timely then my first visit as I waited over 20 minutes just to check in. I was over charged compared to the same service at other subaru dealers. I paid $121 for minor service when another subaru dealership only charges $90. At the same time I was told it would have been 165 and I was getting a deal. Obviously not. Thanks for lying to me and scamming me for a measly $30. I will never be back when you could have had my business for the life of the vehicle. :)
