Chris was very courteous & accommodating scheduling a next day appointment. Steven acknowledged my arrival right away & explained what to expect. I was promptly notified when my car was ready for pick up. Steven once again thoroughly explained what was done, recommendations & what to expect for the next maintenance visit. Multiple poor customer service experiences at Puente Hills brought me to Sierra Subaru. I am pleasantly pleased with he service I received. Thank you!

Sierra Subaru did not diagnose the problem with my vehicle. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee even though I have a bumper to bumper warranty and before determining any actual issues with my vehicle. I am completely dissatisfied with the services I received from Sierra Subaru, the staff and management.

I didn't like the fact that if I schedule a 7am appointment that there's a line of cars waiting outside on the street just to enter the dealership. It's dangerous and anyone waiting is at risk of getting rear ended by traffic. Second, once the dealership did let us in there was no structure. I was 4th in line but that didn't matter because I was helped second to last. I understand that the service techs are trying their best but need to do a better job helping the people who've been patiently waiting to enter in the order they came in to the service department.

I have several complaints since my vehicle has been there since November 2018. I’ve been in contact with Jamie Vega’s boss Candace but I would like the email address of the president of Sierra Subaru. I’m the original owner and have only had it serviced through Subabru dealers. Since I’ve own my car I’ve had 3 family members purchase Subaru’s but I’m very disappointed in services at Sierra. I’m a registered nurse and work 10 hr shifts so it’s difficult to reach me by phone so if we could schedule a day and time I would appreciate it. Thank you.

No issues with Jaime. He is great as always. My issue is I need to bring back my Forester due to steering wheel vibration when braking at speeds 45+mph. Front brakes were worked on during this visit. This is at least the third time in the 6 years I have had this car that I have had to return the vehicle after a repair. I love the Forester XT but I am not sure if I would buy a Subaru again. I never had these repair issues with the Honda's and Acura's that I owned previous to this first Subaru.

I had a service appointment at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:40am. I was not checked in until about 8:00am. I was promised that a simple oil change would take about an hour and a half. I asked if they could wash my car and the service adviser said sure but that it would just add to the wait time. I had a pre-scheduled appointment with Emily Acosta for a new car orientation at 9:00am so the car had to be ready asap assuming that from 7:30am to 9:00am the cars oil would have been changed by then. I informed the front desk operator at 8:45am that my car is not ready and I would like to let Emily know that I will be late. Luckily I was able to meet Emily through our salesman around 9:30am where I informed her that the car wasn't ready. When I asked if the car was ready, the service adviser said it was done and that they're just washing it. 30 minutes later after waiting in the sales room and waiting room back and forth we asked again, is the car ready? The service adviser said they were "drying" it. 10 minutes later and with an anxious toddler, my son and I walked around. At 10:10am we found our car parked and dirty, unwashed. It would have been nice not to be lied to. I pride myself in Subaru ownership and was willing to bring my car in every 3 months, however, after this experience, I do not believe I will be returning for service. At around 10:15am I had kindly asked to cancel the car wash and leave. I was still accommodated by Emily at around 10:20 and that I am appreciative for. Emily Acosta and Manny Marques know what extraordinary customer service means and I will meet with them in the future. However, the Sierra Subaru "Service" needs to learn what extraordinary service really means. They need work. A 3 hour oil change is unacceptable. And lying to your customers is just plain dumb. I'm not stupid. And I'm definately not stupid to bring my $35K '19 Forester Sport back there for service again. Thanks for opening my eyes! Unsatisfied with Sierra Subaru's "Service" department.
