Literally worst experience ever as a first time customer I’m not coming back and am leaving bad reviews wherever I can unless I get some sort of partial compensation for my troubles. I was texted at 5:35 that my car was done and immediately headed to the dealer to pick it up as I and my boyfriend were told by Kevin I would be able to pick it up at 7pm when we dropped off the car. When I got to the dealer at 6:05 we were told the service department was closed and the sales manager said there was no way to retrieve my keys but my car was moved to the front so I paid for the service and he told me I could go get my spare at home and drive the car home and get the keys the next day so I drove 40 mins round trip back home to get my spare and come back to the dealership and find my car UNLOCKED with the original key INSIDE and car unattended as it was after 7pm. Complete negligence on this service departments part my car could easily have been stolen. I only had to come back for it because I had work the next morning so thank god I did. In summary the communication provided to me was horrible and this service department clearly doesn’t give a **** about their customers belongings as my car was unlocked key inside sitting out front ready to be stolen.
