I walked in and did not know where to go. There was an advisor sitting there. I approached him. He did not say may I help you. I said to him I don’t know what to do or where to go, and Miguel said what do you need and I explained that I had to be jumped by auto club and that the battery I purchased 2 1/2 years ago had a bad cell. He said it would not be covered and did not tell me it would be pro rated. My husband works for Honda and if a battery goes bad and it is not under warranty, then they prorate it. Miguel led me to believe I would have to pay full price for the battery until I mentioned it.I told him I wanted to speak to a manager, and there was another man on the drive that he approached and told him about my battery. That man was very nice and explained in detail what the warranty was. Miguel told me it would be a two hour wait I explained to him I had a doctors appointment and wondered if there was anyway he could just get a new battery in there quickly. He said no that there are people in front of me that had appointments and I did not have an appointment and therefore would have to wait for two hours. The other guy on the drive told Miguel to get me in and have the battery popped in. That guy was very nice and very helpful. Miguel was not Miguel had an attitude and I would not want to go to him as an advisor ever again. I would not buy a car from there either or would get repairs. I have a Lexus and would rather go to Riverside..
