Last week I received a courtesy call from Hemet Toyota that my 2025 Camry was due for its first 10,000 mile maintenance service. Monday was the soonest so I booked the appointment. I arrived early and they were able to take me right away and in less than 40 minutes, they had me back on the road. That was the fastest dealership service I ever had of my 50 years of driving, Thank you Hemet Toyota.
PS, everyone was professional and efficient, from check-in to check out.

He was kind and polite. It was my first main visit. I was not sure what to expect. They did not really do much but Jason said that is the service care for 5000 miles so glad I got it there. Would have liked the car washed but maybe if they do more they do that. Not sure. Overall pleased with Jason and the dealership.

Danielle Escamilla addressed all my concerns and helped me out, I really appreciate when service takes care of the individual and their needs. Everyone was very helpful and kind from the time I drove up and dropped off the car I was treated and welcomed by the porter Chaiden even opened the door for me. To I needed a license plate cover put on my front plate because the car wash kept on bending it and I bought one in the store and they put it on for me. Thank you very much.
