Danielle was a great service recovery upon my first visit to get my service done in my car. The other men outside the Bay Area and inside were rude and do not acknowledge me at all until I asked for Daniele. They still did not apologize but helped the next gentleman that came I. Behind me. I was very vocal about my experience and do not want to come back to such horrible service ever again. As an avid yelper who trust my experience and written commentary I will continue to share this for years to come. However again Danielle did great following up with me and for acknowledging my request. Need way better customer service where the customer feels valued especially after purchasing a car from your dealership.

When I made the appointment I let them know I’d be waiting there on site for my vehicle. I would have appreciated someone letting me know that you see 120+ customers on Saturdays and that you t would be a 2 hour wait. I would have made other plans and come back for my car thereafter.
