Jason makes every visit really pleasant, he's always really professional and responsible. Today, 9/20/2025 I took my car in to pick up my part, I mentioned to him my visor was missing a screw (something that I just wanted to share with him) at the end of the Service when picking up my key he mentioned that he ordered the screw and will call me. I was definitely not expecting that since it's just a screw.
He's comment completely made me feel really appreciated by Toyota
And said "it is my pleasure to help you".
I can see that Jason really takes care of Toyota customers with passion and dedication
