The wait time for basic oil/filters/tire rotation should not be 4+ hours. I monitored on my Toyota App and they did not even start on it until after I talked to sales managers and that was after 2 hours and asking Kristin. She had told me there were 5 or 6 ahead of me and it would probably be 4 more hours. He then went and talked to service and then they told me they were expediting and putting me next. I had my wheelchair husband with me and it was frustrating. Why would they schedule that many people if they can’t get them through in a timely manner?? This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership.
