Left my car for two days advisor wrote on paperwork to wash and it still wasnt done . Also last time i left my car for service the hood was left open and also i was tried to upsell a alignment at 15k when it was my first visit. You may be close to me but id rather drive to temecula where i bought it. Do better

My stuff was tossed all over back seat, trash used for service was tossed in back seat and my key clip and key chain with religious metal got lost from separating car key. Very unprofessional service.

Im happy with my service and the gentleman that helped me in front he was absolutely amazing however my cat wasn't washed and why would I have to wait another 40min for that when it should be included automatically like any other car dealership, also I made an appointment and it still took over 2hrs for my service and I couldn't even get a wash this dealership is really going n g down hill fast

Mike in parts actually answered the phone when other dealerships didn’t. Mike was so helpful and kind to me he came out to my car to verify the type of tire I needed this was a $300 service ticket. Thank you so much I needed that kind of care.

Tony is the greatest service manager I’ve been associated with. I’m 65 years old and Tony is an outstanding asset to Toyota . Toyota vehicles are outstanding but if you don’t have good service mangers it’s not a good product Tony is a great asset to toyota based on honesty personality advise about my vehicle keeps track of my vehicle service needs .

My lack of satisfaction had nothing to do with Miguel Ruiz and everything to do with the fact that I was there promptly at 7:30 a.m., my scheduled appointment time, my car vehicle was registered in at approximately 7:45 AM, when I received my first text, and I waited 2.5 hours to have a minor 41,000 mile service accomplished. Why such a long wait? Perhaps you consider hiring a couple of extra employees? Also, I’m flabbergasted at the cost of parts and service when dealing with dealerships. An inexpensively made cabin air filter, installed cost me approximately $85. That price is outrageously, outlandishly, expensive. I feel the cost of goods and services is extremely expensive, unfair and that as a loyal customer, I am being priced gouged. Otherwise, Michael was great. Cheers!????????

The customer service was good, however my Toyota highlander hybrid vehicle not working as hybrid. Before the service my car had average of 30mpg performance. After the service it dropped to 20mpg. I called the service center about 4pm and i left a message. I disappointed with the service. I need some one to contact me ASAP.
