I was very disappointed. I paid for a service and a contract and because I had 29,000 miles they did not honor my last. Service and talk me into buying an extended service contract very dissatisfied.

This is my 2nd oil change &. Only thing I want to say is I asked about. About getting my vehicle washed after service since my first service I was to get one but didn’t….yes the team member said it will get washed but let me down & was not done! My car was parked way out in parking lot & the heat was double digits so don’t go back to office. Tell Isabel.
Her reception duties setting up appointments does a wonderful job & has and a wonderful rapporteur with customer Service.
