William was kind and let me know of the delay from this morning. I was surprised to see the paper and plastic still on my floorboard. The key faub was removed from my keys and left in my cup holder. I would think they would put them back, or if that is your service team's practice, maybe it should be explained to the customer at time of vehicle drop off.
