Over the past 15 years I have had all my vehicles serviced with you and plan to continue a long relationship with you. Tony Schemp is my guy. He is a loyal, dedicated and hard working employee. I know he has many repeat customers but he always makes me feel like I’m his best customer. He puts us all first and is by far the best service provider I’ve ever worked with. Why make an appointment for an oil change service if when we arrive for that service the estimated time is 2.5 to 3 hours? Was an appointment even needed? This is freaking ridiculous. My time is worth more than a free service called “Toyota care”. If I make an appointment for an oil change I’d expect to be in and out in 60-90 minutes max. Never call me and be pushy about making a freaking appointment again. You will catch a freaking earful of my frustration.
