Today was my last day giving this dealership my money and time.
Being ripped off and being given rude service and unwanted customer service did it for me.
On top of that, I was told I needed a new tire due to a nail being stuck on side wall tire was a joke and lie.
I took it to two different tire shops after on the same day and they fixed it for free and said I didnt need a new tire that also required a new balance for it at over 400 bucks was straight lies from Toyota service department.
No trust in this dealership at all.

The website doesn’t make it easy to make an appt. It wouldn’t allow me to book it after I filled everything out. So I called and it was AI. It confirmed my appt by text but when I got to the dealership no one could find my appt in the system. I appreciate you being able to fit me in though and it was quick and good service. Edward or Ned was great. It made up for the experience. But you should look into why an appt was made and confirmed but didn’t show up in your system. Thank you -
