The service I received was good, but I was told by the service writer that I needed a new air filter and they had a picture of it. Yes, it looks dirty. But I said I have a filter that’s reusable and needs to be washed and I was told it wasn’t. I went home and there is a sticker right on top of my air box that states that it is reusable and not to dispose of it . You may want to bring this up with the technician to read that label. That’s right on top from Toyota. Service writer was just going by what the technician reported.
