Paul was given a message to call me back on my truck maintenance job. When I got home and read my paperwork I noticed that it said I was asked about my transmission liquid being low.I never knew about this and I am now worried about it and I also have to wait all weekend now to get ahold of him on Monday.

It was quick and easy to get my tire fixed. John squeezed me, even though my online appointment didnt go through properly. He was very gracious about squeezing me in. Also, the woman that checked me in was extemely helpful and cheerful. I didnt catch her name but she had brown hair. Toyota of Hemet always has really helpful and pleasant staff working the repair department.

I didnt have any issue with either associate, but I felt like I was being auctioned to the highest bidder. Coming from every angle and why did you need my address all of a sudden, you haven'teven had my name right? In all these years. Smh. Offer me 4500 for a car you sold me for 27k plus interest, tax and fees. And Inpaid 2 years on a lease that you just took from me. All the cars I've purchased from you. I JUST WANTED MY AIR FIXED. You said UPWARDS OF 2K? ARE YOU KIDDING? Cars navigation stopped working 2 years after I bought the car, every week something goes out in the dash because you sold me a defective car. I should be given a car. Im sad because I used to like Toyota.
