Glad that yhe service staff (or at least some) are the same from Gosch... the sales staff are horrible and thats why aftwr being a LONG TIME client i went to Moss! Knowing the service staff are same I will at least do maintenance there.

I always usually enjoy my Toyota experiences except for this one. I was told to bring my car in for my tire service having a nail in it, but they did not check and let me know beforehand that my tire was not in stock so I basically went down there for nothing. The guy told me he could plug my tire, but it ended up not being plugged because my tread was too low. Then he said he put in an order for my tire to be replaced because I have the tire package included with my monthly payment, only for me to come back again today on Monday and then tell me my tread was too low and that I had to pay for my tire out-of-pocket. This all could’ve been avoided from the beginning if I would have been given the knowledge beforehand. Thank you

According to the DMV, I was supposed to receive a certificate as proof of having completed the repairs for recall #24TC08. I have tried contacting the service department multiples times regarding the certificate, but nobody responds. I need the certificate to complete my vehicle registration renewal.
