I liked the fact service was less than an hour and Kristin was great. One thing I didn’t like is that my dash camera got disconnected. No one had done that before and I have had the camera as long as I’ve had the car. They didn’t even reconnect it either .

I made a service appointment for Wednesday the 22nd over the phone with the lady there at the Hemet Toyota I get over now it's 2 weeks back I get over to Toyota on the day of my appointment I'm not even in the book but I will say the service advisor Jason was really really helpful and did a great job getting me in and getting my service work done

Jason is the best. He has been helping my whole family and I with our car getting serviced. At this point he feels like family. He’s always willing and able to help. Especially in regards to my mom she’s sick and he always accommodates her. Thank you for all your help Jason!

I had a great experience yesterday! I was so surprised and happy to find out that Toyota of Hemet now has a local Shuttle Service!! I was equally surprised and happy to learn that Silvia, the wonderful person who normally would greet me and direct me to my service rep is also a Shuttle driver!! My recent visit to Toyota of Hemet involved working with Tony. The initial interaction I had with him was not very positive. First impressions are important because they often set the tone for the rest of the interaction, and while I tried to remain positive, I was not very impressed with how the conversation began. His manner and the way he addressed my concern didn’t give me the level of customer service I expected, especially since this was a return visit for the same coolant‑related issue. Although Tony consistently stated it was not a repeat concern, my experience with the coolant levels over time made me feel otherwise. I was able to receive clarification, but I did have to step out of his office several times to speak with someone else to ensure I was being given the right information. The way the interaction began reminded me of the kind of customer service challenges I’ve sometimes experienced at large dealerships in general. As the visit went on, Tony’s approach improved. It seemed that once the details were clarified and he understood I was informed and advocating for myself, the interaction became smoother. When I later called because I had misplaced my driver’s license renewal information, he was willing to help and provided it to me since he still had a copy on his phone. That was something he didn’t have to do, and I appreciated it. He was also flexible about the rental return, and my vehicle was repaired and returned to me and seems to be in good condition. I did reach out to him again on his phone when I came to pick up my vehicle, but I did not receive a response. This may simply be because he was off that day, which I understand. I also want to be transparent in saying that while I feel this feedback is necessary, I do hesitate to provide it because I do not want to be viewed negatively or have future issues when returning to the service department. My intention is not to criticize unfairly, but to offer honest and balanced feedback so the dealership can continue improving the service guests receive. I hope that moving forward, I will continue to be met with professionalism and a positive experience.

While I was dropping off my truck,I asked about the " car wash" offered. Saw a sign by the service desks.Kristen said yes, I said I would like one. Reminded her about the car wash again after she finished. I did NOT get the car wash. It is more the principal of the whole thing. Lack of attention.

Kevin was very kind. I had an issue with my navigation. Kevin walked out to my vehicle to try and resolve the issue. He took it a step further and took it back to the service department. So far the issue has been resolved. Thank you Kevin ????

The problem is still there they didn’t find anything on the suspension but what if this is a steering column problem and not a suspension problem I keep hearing that noise or click every hard turn the truck never use to do that.
