I'm not sure why your AI software can't recognize that I've had Tony as my service advisor for more than 5 years. It shouldn't schedule me with anyone else. Tony is the reason I keep going back to that dealership. He's awesome.

Tony, is exceptional at his job. He is always so helpful anytime I come in to get work done on my vehicle. Explains things in detail on any questions or concerns. I’m always glad he is there even if my appointment isn’t with him. He is friendly with everyone that enter the service department. He always willing to help not just customers but his fellow workers. It’s a great thing to see over the years of coming to Toyota for my service needs.

Didn't put the car back together there was one part that they had to put on and did not did not do it and that was in the backseat of the car it was part of the car part of the hood goes attached to the hood and didn't put that part on I came to get my car repaired My fit a lot of money for it at least finish the job when a customer asking to do something they should just do it part of their job to fix cars part of the car was in the backseat

I asked for brake inspection and they did not perform it. All they did was send me a video of a cabin air filter in an engine air filter.
After I mentioned it, the service manager went out and told the guys to do it so that was an additional 30 more minutes of my time

When I service my car, I normally have whoever is available take a look at my car but after this visit, I will be scheduling all of my future appointments with Claudia if she’s available.
