I asked your technician to review my concerns for my FOB that has been having many problems. Miguel Ruiz was unable to add it to my work order or get me any information about my concern. They also said they were unable to replicate my other concern. When I picked up my vehicle it still sounded like Crap!

Every time I come in for a simple oil change it takes 2+ hours. Why? There were other customers complaining as well. Do they have customers that bought the extended service wait longer than “paying” customers? That’s defeat it looks like. They don’t offer rides home anymore so I’m stuck sitting there. No snacks either. It makes me very unhappy.
