Appointments wait tikes are disappointing. they are still an expected wait of 2 or more hours everytime I have my vehicle serviced. I am lucky if service is 1.5 hr wait. This last service was 1 hr 40 minutes but all I had was a basic rotating of tires since my hev vehicle ot has 5000 miles.

Tony was wonderful as always. He was able to get my vehicle serviced and fixed up. Took a little longer than normal but id rather be waiting the whole day and get the job done right. He was very accommodating along with the rest of the employees. He kept me up to date as I was waiting and offered another means of transport while I waited. Great service from everyone on the team. I'll be back for all my Toyota needs.

I had a new car and had 1st maintenance appointment and it took 2 hours to finish the task. That was a long 2 hours I experience from a service.I used to go to Honda and never had a longer time. Also theres no shuttle service to ride so i can be productive while waiting for 2 hours. Maybe the company would improve in that issue
