Everything was great, except I feel the broken heat shield should have been discovered at the initial evaluation . It was obviously broken and loose. This would have saved me 2 extra days of waiting for more service.

your new auto appointment maker has much to be desired. When I called, I did not need the regular maintenance. I chose option too, and left a message saying I needed lower ball joint and a skid plate.. your system did not send me to a live person or anything just gave me the options of when I wanted to bring it in. other than that Jason’s a great customer, service agent and pleased so far with all the work done
