This is my second time taking my vehicle to Miguel Ruiz and this person always seems to be busy either with in person customers or on the phone. He does not take the time to greet me or let me know that he will be right with me. I feel that customer service should always be a priority and not feeling acknowledged it always disappoints me. Even the other staff have always taken me in and acknowledged me after a few minutes of just standing there. I am a firm believer of customer serve and if you can’t even greet me I don’t feel valued as a customer and like I mention this is not the first time he does this to me. Hopefully someone could talk to him and gives him the correct training on how to multitask and communicate with other customers at the same time.

My speedometer does not meet my standard. It is off by at least 6 miles an hour. I’m driving down the road. I commented this one Saturday when I brought it in and it’s still the same way. You guys sold me this truck with the big tires on it you should’ve had a calibrated before you sold it Brand new 2025 4 x 4 Toyota Tacoma. It’s very sad.

Took almost 7 hours and my appointment was at 7:15. Anthony said it was gonna only take 4 to 5 hours. I trusted his word and I was late to work 3 hours. And was rude when I went in to ask for my car since I got a text stating it was gonna be ready in 30 to 45 minutes and it still took them almost 2 hours. Very disappointed with Toyota.

Quality Customer service was not a priority as was her up selling. When I asked for help in learning how to adjust my repaired outside mirror she at first gave me a technical answer. You didn’t pay for a mirror analysis. Star asked her to help and eventually she gave me a short tutorial on how to electronically adjust the out outside minor.
