Mr William Bernhart is very attentive and helpful to what we need for our service.

Tony Schempp is the best. My mechanical knowledge approaches that of a master mechanic. Tony is more than qualified to answer all of my questions and I can accept his advice with confidence. His friendly attitude brings a pleasure to the service transaction.

The service advisor William was not welcoming . Did minimal effort with my service concern . And seriously lacked customer service . My car was done so I approached him . After receiving the text we discuss my situation . Which again was a short conversation with no positive feedback. And he tells me my car will be driven up to me. I went outside and waited about 5 minutes as I can see . My vehicle sitting in one of the pick up stalls. I go back in began to tell William my car is literally in the parking stall . And I just need my keys he tells me to ask another service advisor to get my keys . And proceeded to answer his phone while I’m still standing at his desk. Which I found again to poor customer service . So I waited until his call ended and again asked for my keys . As well asked for detailed information on the part needed. He then gets up turns around a retrieved my keys from a credenza like area . Which there is service contracts , the printer etc located . I found his laziness to be profound. I truly felt due to the fact I was having a part replace under warranty he shower minimal. Interest in helping me and No my warranty part was not repaired. I plan to have my repairs completed at another Toyota dealer . If I do return to Gosch I definitely will not interact with William.

William was effective and educational and helped me understand every step of the way. Thank you.

Fred was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication from the service team. It was our first experience with your team and according to Fred it was not a good one. We had just used Gosch Chevrolet yesterday (Thursday), and it was a great experience. They shuttled Fred to and from. According to Tony, there is no shuttle at Toyota. We were not aware of that. Fred sat for three hours waiting for the car to be done and who knows how long it was done before they finally found him. He had to come inside to ask if the car was finished because nobody even bothered to come outside and look for him. When he got home and popped the hood to check to make sure everything was in order, the power steering cap was left open. Both of our names are on the account for the car, his last name is different from mine, and they just assumed that his name is the same as mine. I don’t know how that can be remedied, but he does not have the same last name as mine and does not want to be called Mr. Gebbie. His name is Fred Ingle! We have used Toyota in Temecula for years and never ever had an unpleasant experience and it’s just a shame that when we move into the Del Webb Senior community in Hemet, and want to give our business to our local dealership, first of all by buying the car from them and then having it serviced there, it turns out to be a crappy experience . In the future, I will be taking the car back to Toyota of Temecula, where we’ve always had the best of service.
