When I arrived, my assigned service writer was busy with another customer. I waited for a bit, but, it appeared he was going to be busy for an extended period of time. I then approached Jason and asked him if he would help me and he said I needed to wait for my service writer. But as more time passed, Jason realized that my service writer wasn’t going to be available in a timely manner and he then decided to help me check in. When my truck was ready, my assigned writer wasn’t available, so another writer had to help me.
