I didn’t feel it was right to wait 5 hours for an oil change. My family has trusted Gosch Toyota for years, we’ve bought multiple cars here and have had them serviced here, and have never had an issue like today. I only asked to check out my tires and I wasn’t sure how that translated to waiting 5 hours. That, and I’m not sure if it’s some language used between techs, but I had a “FU” drawn on drivers side mirror when I got my car back. My first thought was perhaps the techs weren’t happy with my car or something? Skyler did give me a free tank of gas, and I am very thankful for that and that you guys had the tire I needed in stock.
