I will be bringing it back tomorrow due to another oil leak just picked it up today after a 15,000 engine replacement however Tony Schempp has been very professional in assisting me with this and has been tyring to due what he can to rectify this issue.

The Alarm/key was not working and we had the batteries changed by Gosch service department. I was led to believe that this would solve the problem. After getting my vehicle back, the door still didn’t lock using the alarm/key. I assume the problem is in the door locks. Don’t know if the service department check all the doors after trying to use the remote?? Not sure what to make of this.. not totally satisfied.. Victor

My tire and wheel coverage won’t cover two bent rims because they are still holding air. I don’t agree with having to drive around with compromised wheels. I think it’s a safety issue and will cause problems to the rest of my car. I will be talking to someone soon about holding Toyota liable if something happens well I’m driving on bent rims. But skyler is a great service employee and I don’t hold it against him
