I haven’t been going to Gosch for a while and usually go to TVT dealership or Eastman Toyota Lexus for my Sienna service. I gave Gosch another try, and I was pleasantly surprised that Tony was one of the best service advisors I have experienced anywhere. My vehicle was even washed after service for the first time in years! That made my day! I will now return to Gosch, since this was a positive experience.

I dropped my car off at 10:30am and didn’t get a call or text to come pick it up until 5:41pm saying my car is finished and that’s after I had to call and ask for an update on what was going on. It was a simple oil change. Then after I received the message saying my car was ready at 5:41pm I received another text message 6 minutes after (5:47pm) stating “we are here until 6pm”. So now I’m being rushed to come pick my car up while having less than 20 minutes left til they leave while I live across town which is 30 minutes away. What kinda **** is that.
