Tony was positive , friendly and honest. I was just a little disappointed that my right front tire sensor was broken on my over 3 hr tire replacement and then had to come back for another 2+ hrs to replace. My husband has Alzheimer’s and I only have so much time to get errands done.

My appointment was at 1pm with Skyler. I arrived at 1:05pm and Skyler was not at desk but that he would be there shortly, after waiting about 5 to 10 minutes Kevin two desks over offered to help check in. Checked in and services needed offered and headed to the waiting room. About 2:48pm I received a text for an additional service and I went to Skyler for questions but he didn’t know what I was asking about then asked if I had worked with someone else and said Kevin, Kevin also didn’t know and finally I was told to go to William for help. My question was answered and then just waited for my car to be ready. The reason I was unhappy is not knowing who I had to go to for questions, was it Skyler was it Kevin was it William, I had an appointment with a specific person but then that person was not there and I was all over the place. I was a bit upset about that. What really made me more upset was when I got my key back and went to my car. The plastic cover on the seat was not removed, the paper mat was not removed and my car did not receive a courtesy wash. That is why my response to quality of service is No.
