Mr. **** was very helpful and courteous. Even though Gosch Toyota was not able to complete a smog test for my vehicle, Mr. **** did recommend a local smog test station. I really appreciate the complimentary carwash from Gosch Toyota. Thumbs up.

William was very prudence professional and helpful, however; the guy in the black hooded sweatshirt, was very rude by reversing a truck in front of my car as I was leaving and blocked me in until the customer who owned the truck left, I asked the guy why you block me when you seen me leaving and he said you the customer is leaving and just left me there waiting for the customer to decide when he was going to get his truck. The guy is Hispanic, about 5ft 7 or 8 inches with a black hooded sweater. This was unacceptable customer service that didn't need to be done. I hope this doesn't happen on a regular basis.
