I went in to pick up my car after confirming via phone call multiple times that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I went in to pick up my car the service associate paged to get my car brought over. After 15 minutes they paged again to bring my car. After another 15 minutes, they paged again and the person in charge of bringing the car back claimed he couldn’t find it. After a few questions they finally found it in the back lot because it had stayed over night. It took 30 minutes for employees to find it and bring it to me. Once they were bringing it my way after waiting so long, they still took their time and ran it through the wash. I understand that the wash is included but I wish they would’ve washed it before I got there and not take as long to give it back to me.

Asked for an estimate for axles and shocks replacement ....no response...it said tires been rotated on the invoice but when I ask advisor if it's rotated said it's not been rotated. Because the tread is showing on both front tires....so why not put them in the back instead .. and the back tires should be in the front.. wire thread in the back is not showing at all. Seems like he don't care at all...
