My only negative comment might be that there really is no quiet waiting area. I appreciate the coffee machine, water fridge and snacks. The main waiting area should allow us to turn off the Tv if no one is watching. The other area is better unless there are kids running amok. The waiting room at the Temecula dealership is more conducive to a relaxing experience. You should check it out.

Was quoted about 2 hours a s when 2 hours came around I was not given an update. I waited for about 2.5 hours and was given somewhat of an update. Then finally after 3.5 hours I got an update. The communication was frustrating especially because there were very little people in the lobby waiting and bays didn't look busy.
