First, he talk to us like is he is doing us a favor and is all way around. Second he implied we connected the wrong way the a charging battery cable to the car and that's why you guys have to changed the computer. That's why I told him" that would be weird and wrong because the only people touching that car has been Redlands, Riverside and Hemet Toyota dealers. It would be bad that some guy from those dealers try to jump the car and connected the cables the wrong way. In addition I haven't had an issue with my battery so there is no need of doing that at all. He also implied before having the diagnostic maybe some rats had eaten or bite the cables at what I responded well my car is always on my garage and o don't have rats in there. I do t know if he was trying to put that idea in mi bracing so you guys could charge me for that eventhough that wasn't the case. I dont really like the Hemet service anymore i don't even trust you guys. I just took my truck there because I live in Hemet and I didn't know if I can leave my truck in Moreno Valley at that hours. Other than that I don't go to Hemet dealer and service my car anymore.
