I waited 2hrs 40 minutes for my car, I didn’t want the car wash because it was going to be more time added. They said it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I ask if they could shuttle me or Uber me home, they said that you don’t have that service no more, it’s a shame.

I dropped my vehicle off at my 11:00 appointment time for an oil change. I was told it would be ready around 3:00 because I was bringing it in around lunch time. I was also told I would receive a text message regarding my oil change and any recommendations that they may have. I never received that text message until after I called at 3:45 to check on the status of my car. When I called I was transferred to a voice mail. I finally received the text message at 3:50 that was recommending front and rear brakes to which I declined since my car had already been gone since 11:00 FOR A BASOC OIL CHANGE. I decided to go pick up my car even though I wasn’t informed that
it was ready. When I got there the paperwork took forever to process and my car was never even washed which it desperately needed. I will NOT BE BACK!! That was the last time I deal with **** customer service that is
overpriced. Ridiculous. I wasted a whole day off for a basic oil change.
