Thanks again to Gosh Toyota and special thanks to Tony in service and the team for taking care of my Tacoma process was smooth and got my truck back before the date I was told it would be ready always a pleasure to bring my truck here

Jesse was so sweet, he was at my car immediately to greet me, with a smile! First trip, someone else over the phone, ordered the wrong tire. They realized it immediately and had an appointment for the next day. Trip 2, They replaced my tire and find a nail in another one. Side note, my car is AWD. I asked Jesse if it would be beneficial to put the newest tire on front to help prevent damage to the differential, he almost finished my sentence! Third trip, I rolled up late and wasn’t sure if I blew my appt, Jesse was there in LESS than 10 seconds after I got out of my car, with a smile! I asked if I missed my appointment and he assured me I was good to go. I was out quicker this time than last and HE REMEMBERED the back passenger tire that was being replaced needed to be rotated to the front driver to prevent issues with the differential as the front passenger was replaced 5 days earlier, even tho I was in such a panic, I forgot to remind him, I thought I blew my appointment. Thank you Jesse and Gosch team!! I highly recommend the tire and wheel warranty. A little extra in the beginning is well worth it! All it took was a signature after they found me in the system and I was done! Check in info sent to text. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
