I had 3 seperate interactions with Will before my Camry was painted. In all 3 instances he mentioned the entire car would be painted. He never said anything about just painting the metal & not the plastic.So you can imagine my surprise when I picked up the car the diff in paint was very noticeable. Also when I dropped off my vehicle to be painted he never offered to give me a ride to Enterprise I had to walk yet Enterprise furnished me with a ride back to the dealership.Poor customer Service. With a family that drives 3 Toyotas it doesn't offer much incentive for us to use Hemet Gosch for our servicing.

Very satisfied with everything except that the maintenance checked off ALL GREEN even for the drive belt, steering fluid, brakes, and other stuff that showed red and yellow on the recommended services with prices. It would be nice if maintenance actually had to check each box as they do the services and inspections instead of being able to select all as good and need to go back to change the ones needing work done. Does not give me much faith that the check list is actually being done.
