Very happy with Tony (assistant service mgr) and Toyota’s customer service. They have plenty of people to help in the service department and seem to be very organized despite being very busy. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

4 and a half hours to get a alignment and 2 suspension pieces installed I work on cars It doesn't take that long to do the job on the ground with a jack and stands 30 mins,in the air 10 mins max per side.And a alignment 1 and a half hours max, to me 1 hour.all this with a appointment. No appointment diffrent story. And I don't recall the person's name in question.

Tony was professional and easy to work with. My lack of satisfaction is based on how it was possible that I brought the car in because I felt I had another transmission issue. Only to be sold thousands in motor repairs and then to have the transmission fail completely a week later The transmission was repaired, two years ago, by Gosch Toyota. I brought the car in because I felt I had a transmission issue. I was told it wasn't the transmission and I needed several things other things repaired other than the transmission. I got 3600 worth of repairs just to have the transmission completely stop working a week later and then I needed another 10k worth of repairs. Rendering the first 3600 worth of repair useless. I traded the car in 500 writing off 3100 worth of useless repairs. This isn't a service representative issue but more an overall dissatisfaction company commitment.
