Long wait but great service. I enjoy the coffee and water supplied for the customers. Many places for the customers to wait and very comfortable. Like that the dealership washes the car after the service. Had trouble looking at what the technician did. Bad connection/ wouldn’t load. Could have been my cellular service. Other than that I went up to Jesse my service writer and told me my car would be ready in 15 or 25 if I wanted a Car Wash.

Toyota needs to reverse their decision to stop putting CD players in their cars. There are a lot of us older potential customers that love their CD with old music that they love and have put together. Also the number of old people is increasing.

well, the wait time is always an issue and don’t think you have a shuttle car but I enjoyed waiting in the lounge. I met some new people and we all laughed and talked about our problems and the agents that dealt with me there is was really nice.
