I took my truck in for a tire change and they did the service change. I left the truck there since Friday because they said they needed to order the tire on Monday or Tuesday and they would call me when it was ready, I called next Friday asking about the truck to see if it was ready and they had not even changed the tire, They didn't even know what they had to change it, they didn't even know that the tire had to be changed. And they told me why didn't I pick up the truck? How am I supposed to pick up the truck if they never called me. 8 days with my truck and they didn't even know what was happening with it! Very disappointed!

My car was dropped off at 7:45am, i still had not recieved an inspection video by 12:28pm, I had to call to get an update on my car, in which I was told it would be ready at 2:00pm. I got to the dealer at 2 and that is when I finally received my inspection video with other recommendations for service. I would have completed more services, but my car was already there for half the day. They should be communicating better and also utilizing customer time more efficiently. Just because I didn't need my car by a specific time does not mean they should have the vehicle for extreme periods of time. There is no reason it should take 6 and a half hours for front brake pads to be changed and an oil change.
